Lauren Weiss is a Chicago native, raised on the Northside of Chicago in the historic Lakewood Balmoral neighborhood. Lauren now lives in Evanston in with her husband and three children. She is passionate about real estate and specializes in the Northside of Chicago and North Shore market. Lauren is dedicated her clients, focused on helping them achieve their unique goals.

Lauren started her career in New York City working in the residential rental market. In 2006, she moved home to Chicago and joined the commercial leasing team at The Merchandise Mart. Lauren transitioned her skill set to advertising, where she gained extensive experience in project management. In this role, she learned the value of clear messaging and the importance of a cohesive sales strategy.
Returning to her real estate roots in 2017, Lauren partnered with Meredith Schreiber and Anne Branning of @properties, two of the top producing realtors on the North Shore with with more than 25 years of combined experience. Lauren, Meredith and Anne offer their clients the benefit of multiple agents working together to provide a top level of service and dedication throughout their home purchase or sale.
Lauren is an alumna of Loyola Academy in Wilmette and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2005 where she studied English and Entrepreneurship. When she is not working, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, running through the neighborhoods of Evanston and working on home renovation projects. She is invested in her community and is on the Benefit Committee at Kingsley School, Kindergarten Welcome Committee at Kingsley School and Board Member at Northminster Nursery School.
