Anne Branning offers a diverse base of real estate experience, whether you are buying or selling – single family homes, condos, townhouses, multi-family, new construction and condo conversions. A top-producing realtor for over 35 years, her sales and listings range geographically throughout the north suburban area.

In 2010, Anne partnered with her daughter, Meredith Schreiber, in order to further the growth of her business geographically and technologically. Additionally, the partnership enabled Anne and Meredith to offer a higher level of service to their clients. As a long time business leader in the hospitality industry, Meredith provides additional focus on marketing strategy and data analysis to enhance Anne’s approach and negotiation strategy.  In early 2018, Anne and Meredith welcomed a new member to their team, Lauren Weiss – enabling continued business growth through Lauren’s advertising background and extensive network throughout the Chicago area.

Anne has proven success through multiple economic cycles in her 35 years in real estate. In a challenging real estate market it is important to partner with an agent that has demonstrated results and excellent service. Over 75% of Anne’s business comes from past customer referrals, a result of her professionalism, knowledge and dedication to her clients.
