Anne Branning is persistent and unrelenting in her service to her client. She did everything within her power to keep me informed about what I should or needed to do to enhance the sale of my property. She is unbelievable when it comes to face to face encounter with potential buyers or real estate agents representing the buyer. I would recommend her without reservation.

Anne helped me through every step of the process, from helping me to get the house ready for showing, navigating all the legal paperwork, communicating with the home association, to negotiating terms and price. I trust her implicitly! She’s extremely professional, experienced, and supportive. Having her represent me, both in buying and selling homes, she has made the experience as painless and successful as possible!

Anne- A woman came by the office today and sat me down just to tell me how much she loved you! Her name is also Ann and she speaks for us as well!

This was the most stressful move we have ever had to make our lives and Anne and Meredith took all the stress out of everything. From start to finish, we felt like we were in trusted hands — experienced, professional, genuine, helpful, straightforward — everything you could want in a real estate agent and more. What really made me feel so comfortable with them is how knowledgeable and experienced they are. Truly, they were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Chicago area. We were new to Chicago and they spent time listening to us to understand our needs, and offered straightforward advice on neighborhoods and homes. Anne’s experienced and meticulous review of comps helped us negotiate a great and fair price. Also, they made great recommendations for related services — every one a winner! They went above and beyond in so many ways (like offering to get the keys from a contractor and give them to a cleaner before we moved because we were out of town, after the close!).
